LISA*VICKY only ships to residential and business mailing addresses located in the United States (and U.S. territories) and only accepts U.S. forms of payment.

We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska nor US Territories addresses and there are NO REFUNDS on Shipping and Handling Fees, unless the carrier misses a guaranteed delivery date.

Your business is very important to us. For orders received by 12:01 noon Pacific Standard Time (PST), every effort will be made to ship next business day.

Please note we only ship on business days Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

All deliveries occur on regular business days (M-F), excluding carrier holidays when no shipments/deliveries will be made.

We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, however, we cannot refund any costs associated with Expedited, Overnight, or any other special shipping services, and encourage you to select FREE Standard Shipping for your orders whenever possible.
